Welcome to Zone 22 Online Training. I am convinced more than anything else, that if we want to build Rotary today, and for the future, we must have effective leaders. And we must take advantage of every opportunity that technology offers, to share Rotary information and those principles of leadership that will guide those who want to help Rotary move forward.

This web site is a resource for training and education. Rotary Zone 22 OnLine is a virtual campus providing quality and targeted online training to meet the leadership training needs of Rotary leaders in Zone 22 and beyond the Zone. This site is still under development. Your ideas, suggestions and comments are appreciated. What type of training, resources and material would you like to see on this site? Please send me your comments.
The goal is to develop this site into an initiative, powering a comprehensive source of leadership courses, designed to serve Rotarians and particularly current, future and past officers of Rotary International. Rotary Zone 22 OnLine operates like an electronic umbrella under which many Rotary resources and training programs are captured, aggregated, sorted by content and made available in multiple formats. Interactive e-Learning allows you to take courses anytime, anywhere. The site is still under development the goal is to feature quality content, interaction, making learning interesting and effective.

 OnLine course - Brand and Rotary developed by PDG Nancy Gilbert is a course about brand. Rather than focus on academic theory, the course takes a wide viewpoint. The course first gives an overview of the current theory and ideas related to brand and brand building strategies. In the second part of the course a draft brand strategy for Rotary is put forward. THE FUTURE OF THIS SITE - The content of this web site is only limited by our imagination. In the future we hope to see webinars, conference calls, video presentations, podcasts and a wide variety of Rotary content.
OnLine training has limitations. Some users have challenges in using this web site due to limitations on the degree of broadband connectively, the type of computer hardware they can access or the level of their computer skills. These challenges will be met by presenting a variety of material in diverse formats.
