District trainers provide club and district leaders with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet their responsibilities. The Zone 22 district trainer program focuses on the skills needed to be an effective Rotary trainer and on the practice of those skills. It is also an opportunity for district trainers to share their experience and knowledge with others.
The seminar is held as a pre Rotary Institute seminar.

Rotary Training Talk, a monthly e-mail newsletter directed at district trainers and others interested in Rotary training. Rotary Training Talk seeks to keep subscribers informed about the latest news in RI training, including information on mailings from Rotary International, RI Board decisions affecting training, and training tips.

Club Trainer Position -The club trainer develops leadership skills and increases awareness about Rotary at the club level. Appointed by the club president, the club trainer works with club leaders to ensure the adoption of a training program that meets the club’s training needs. Club trainers may work with the district training committee, assistant governor, and governor on their training program.
